在“Other user”登陆界面,正确并完整输入您的邮箱地址后,将出现“Reset password”选项,请点击该选项。
请注意: 当在登录界面可以看见我们的用户名和“Reset password”选项时,可以直接点击该选项。
当进入“Unlock the PC”登录界面,再次正确并完整输入您的邮箱地址后,请选择“Reset password”,开启自助服务向导界面。
请输入个人邮箱和图示验证码。如需重置密码,请您点击“I forgot my password”;如需解锁账号,请您点击“I know my password, but still can’t sign in”。
请您继续遵循页面中的信息进行操作,完成两种安全验证后,即可进行“密码重置”或“账号解锁”。
Ensure that your EY laptop is connected to the network.
Please open the Edge browser, access your favorites, find "Change Password" under EY managed favorites, and click on the link.
Note: if prompted for "multi-factor authentication," please complete the authentication first.
Enter the new password, click "Submit", and then you can sign in to the device with the new password.

On the "Other user" login screen, after correctly and completely entering your email address, the "Reset password" option will appear; please click on this option.
Note: If you can see your username and the "Reset password" option on the login screen, you can click the option directly.
When "Unlock the PC" pops up, enter your email address again, click "Reset password", and that'll open the self-service navigation page.
Type in your email and the graphic captcha. If you forgot your password, click "I forgot my password". If your account’s locked but you remember the password, click "I know my password but can’t sign in".
Just follow the prompts on the screen. After you pass two security checks, you can "Reset your password" or "Unlock your account".
